Is there free content available to see what the courses look like?
Yes. Every user has access to the Essentials course for free.
Will new courses be created in the future?
Yes! Medu is still developing, so we are constantly preparing new content. We will soon hand over new courses to you. Do you have an idea and want us to implement it? Let us know!
Are Medu's courses accessible via a web browser?
To use the courses you will need an Android or iOS smartphone with Medu app installed - find us in the Google Play and App Store!
How much does it cost to access the courses?
The price depends on the course, access time and whether a physical product is included. Check the variant you are interested in on the page of the selected course or in the app.
What are the possible forms of payment?
You can make a payment in the app using Apple Pay, Google Pay or via our website through the Stripe platform. In case of website purchases, we accept BLIK payments too!
Can I spread the course fee over monthly payments?
No. A subscription fee covering a period of 3 to 12 months must be paid in advance.
Can I cancel my subscription after purchasing access to the course?
The course fee is one-time payment, for the entire access period. You can manage your subscriptions from the My Subscriptions tab available in the Medu application settings. The conditions for withdrawal from the contract are included in the Terms and Conditions. Do you need help? Get back to us, we can help you!
Will I lose access to the course by turning off auto-renewing my subscription?
No. The only consequence will be that access will not be renewed at the end of the paid period.
Will I lose my progress after a subscription expires?
No! Even if your access to the course expires, you will keep your progress. It will be waiting for you until you purchase a content subscription again!
My course access has expired. What can I do to continue using its content?
If you would like to continue learning with the Medu app, you must pay for access to the course again. The exceptions is the free Essentials course.
How do I create an account on the platform?
All you need to do is register in app using your e-mail address, Google account or Apple account.
When will I get access to the course?
You will receive access to the courses immediately after payment. Remember that the Essentials course is free and you can use it as soon as you download the app!
When will I receive the suturing kit/laparoscopic trainer?
Deliveries are made in a few working days. Our products will get to you by the week.
What are the delivery options?
Deliveries are made by logistics company InPost.
Is it possible to ship abroad?
At the moment, we do not ship our products abroad, but we are working on this. Stay tuned!
